Financial Assistance & Scholarships

A Christian Education is Possible

We believe that all students deserve the opportunity for a Christian education. At Orlando Christian Preparatory, we accept students who qualify for the Step Up for Students Scholarship (FTC, FES-EO, and FES-UA). We also provide in-house financial assistance, approved through a third party, called the World Changers Fund, to qualifying families.

World Changers Fund

A limited amount of financial assistance is available to qualifying families. This financial aid is based on several factors, including financial need. Current families must complete an application and have it filed for the upcoming school year. New families must have applied for admission to OCP and completed enrollment in order to be considered for financial aid. All families must apply through Family Financial Needs Assessment through FACTS.

Scholarship for Educational Options

The Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC) and the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO) give your child access to the education that best meets their needs. These scholarships provide financial assistance for private school tuition and related costs. Visit www.stepupforstudents.org to learn more about those scholarships and to sign up for the interest list. If you have any questions, please call 877-7FL-SUFS (877-735-7837), Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

In preparation for each upcoming application season, Step Up for Students will send emails to renewal families and to families that have signed up for the interest list informing them of when the season will open. This email from them will include what steps to take to make sure they are prepared when the application becomes available.

Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities

Orlando Christian Preparatory accepts some students with The Step Up for Students  FES-UA Scholarship, is a scholarship given to students with unique abilities. This scholarship provides eligible students a scholarship that can be used to purchase approved services or products in order to design a customized educational program for the student. Scholarships can be used for specialized services such as speech or occupational therapy, instructional materials, tuition at an eligible private school, contributions to a college prepaid account and more. The program is directly administered by state-approved nonprofit scholarship funding organizations. Because OCP is committed to providing the best and highest quality education the student requires, we ask that you bring a copy of the student’s most recent IEP and psychological evaluation, along with their current report card, for us to determine whether we have the appropriate resources for your child’s success.
